About us

The first Drent entered my life in 2004, an import from the Netherlands named Siri. She was the family dog. In 2007, we had plans for puppies, but they had to be put on hold. In 2012, I got my first own dog, another Drent import named Lynda. In spring 2015, I became a co-owner of a Drent bitch named Saga, shared with Kennel Teacher’s.

My interest in animals has always been significant. In 2011, I graduated from Agricultural College with a focus on Animal Care and Natural Sciences. After that, I trained to become a Licensed Animal Caretaker in the Netherlands, earning an International diploma in 2013. In spring 2014, I trained to be an ID marker with a chip for dogs and cats, and in the fall of 2014, I completed the Swedish Kennel Club’s breeder training.

In the fall of 2015, I embarked on new adventures by training as a Dog Groomer in the Netherlands while working at a Drent kennel. There, I continued my education in the breed and breeding. In spring 2017, my training was complete, and I returned to Sweden.

In the summer of 2017, the kennel’s first litter was finally born, and during the fall, I trained to be a judge in Junior Handling. I hope to judge in this wonderful and exciting dog sport in the future. In August 2018, the kennel expanded with the long-awaited puppy Unique, whom we hope will become our next shining star.
